Teen who lost part of her leg to cancer now a star on the basketball court

You would call Amanda Merrell a regular 16 year old. But when she was younger a routine X-ray of a bump on her leg revealed she had a fatal form of cancer. This type of cancer is called Ewing's sarcoma. She had 14 rounds of chemotherapy before her third birthday. Doctors amputated her leg at the knee, Amanda doesn't even remember because she was so young. She is now a star on the Varsity Basketball Team. Its pretty cool !
